Performance Menu
Performance
Typically, a Performance role or a Payroll
& HR Enterprise role is required to have access to the performance
management module. Often, the tools for performance management are found
under a separate Performance menu and visual workflow map for Performance
Management.
The Performance menu often provides the following menu options.
- Review Setup > Organizational
Objectives (validation table)
- Review Setup >
Performance Profiles (profile setup)
- Review Setup >
Review Workflow (workflow)
- Review Setup >
Rating Profiles (profile setup)
- Review Setup >
Talent Profiles (profile setup)
- Review Setup >
Questionnaires

Review Events (validation table)

Reviews: (Links

tab (optionally, launch Employee Profile or Notes)

Reviews tab (optionally launch Employee Profile or Action "View"

Rating, Performance Plan, etc.)

History tab (optionally launch Employee Profile, Notes, or view-only
Action such as View Talent, Rating, or Performance Plan)

Reporting: Includes
links to Talent Assessment and star Ratings.

Summary tab

Details tab (optionally launch Employee Profile, Notes, or
Performance Summary. Summary can launch items such as Performance Plan
and/or Talent Assessment –
which can launch the corresponding Rating.)

The Summary
link opens the Performance Summary. That summary and associated Performance
Plans, Talent Assessments, etc, have a Printer
icon. To
launch the Performance Plan report,
click on the on-screen Printer icon when you are
viewing the on-screen section of the wanted information.
