Validation
tables populate recruitment
information and provide selections for applicants. Verify the validation tables
used to populate recruitment information and selections for applicants.
Posting
Open Requisitions
- Job
Types –
define categories of jobs that can be selected by a candidate to filter
open jobs in the candidate self service portal.
- Job
Codes –
includes whether a job is eligible to be posted. Includes an optional
HREF (website address) for more information about a job.
- Position
Codes –
define budget information for a "job."
- Requisition
Codes –
define open jobs to be filled and requisition numbers.
- Requisition
Details –
define job details per requisition code.
- Web
Content – An ABOUTUS record on the Web Content Table provides text
about your organization for the "About Us" link on the candidate
self service portal.
Defining
Questionnaires
- Survey
Types –
define standard types of surveys or questionnaires used in the system.
- Questionnaires
– define
the questionnaires in the system. A Requisition Code can have up to three
questionnaires for it: Pre-Screening
Questionnaire, Screening Questionnaire, and/or a On-Board Questionnaire.
- Questionnaires
– Questions
can be viewed from the Questionnaires table. The
Question Editor is used to modify questions.
Defining Attributes
Validation tables for the following support recruitment and
candidate self-service functions and also support employee Human Resource
record-keeping.
- Certifications
and licenses –
define certifications and licenses relevant to the employer.
- Skills
– define
skills and abilities relevant to the employer.
- Degrees
– define
degree levels on degree codes and then assign a level to each Education
code.
- Education
– define
specific degree programs on Education codes that are relevant to the employer.
- Tests
– define
tests relevant to the employer.
- Competencies for
jobs –
competency profiles can be defined for jobs from the Enterprise Client
program. Competencies can be defined with Competency
codes. Profiles can be defined to group competencies. In Enterprise
Client, use the New Hire Profiles option to associate Competency codes
with Profile Codes.
